In keeping with our policy of providing our clients and customers with useful information and tools, we offer this page.  As they become available, we will post a listing of trial and full-version programs for downloading.  

Some of these programs will be freeware or evaluation copies we think may be of value for use in your business.*  We have also listed Trimble firmware and software updates for various mapping products. 

Acrobat Reader- get the latest version of Acrobat Reader from Adobe.

ActiveSync- get the latest version of ActiveSync.  The current version is 4.5. (updated 4-6-2007).

ArcExplorer- get the latest version of ArcExplorer from ESRI, a Shapefile viewing software.

ArcPad- get an evaluation copy of the latest version of ArcPad from ESRI, a data collection software for Windows CE platforms. 

Asset Surveyor®- get the latest version of Trimble's Asset Surveyor.  Must have valid support agreement to upgrade and install (This product has been officially discontinued).

Data Transfer Utility- download and install this program to download data from Trimble mapping receivers to your PC.  Use it in conjunction with Pathfinder® Express (below) which will differentially correct and export your data to the desired GIS format.

GeoExplorer 3 and 3c- get the latest version of Trimble's GeoExplorer 3 and 3c firmware.  Must have valid support agreement to upgrade and install (This product has been officially discontinued).

Microsoft Internet Explorer- get the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft.

Pathfinder® Controller- get a free copy of Pathfinder® Controller software.  Essential for configuring a range of GPS receivers.  It runs on Windows CE devices, Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP desktop computers, and devices using the Palm operating system.

Pathfinder® Office Updates- get the latest updates for most versions of Pathfinder® Office software.  Must have valid support agreement to upgrade and install or must currently own a copy of Pathfinder® Office software.

ProXRS- get the latest firmware for the Trimble ProXRS receiver.  Available to those who purchased a ProXR mapping system after January 30, 2001, or anyone with a current support agreement.

Trimble Planning Software- get this Mission Planning software FREE.  Anyone can obtain the necessary Almanac files from Internet to project the orbits of GPS satellites over any location on earth, at any time.  This is a must for those who need to know when the greatest number of GPS satellites are available.
