GPS Analyst™ was released in November 2004 and is now experiencing a surge in popularity.  This page will grow as the numbers of installations and demands for assistance increase.

GPS Analyst™ extension for ArcGIS allows the user to work in the ESRI environment while downloading or importing Trimble SSF files from TerraSync or ArcPad with GPScorrect field software.  GPS data can be differentially corrected, features are run through a validation process based on horizontal accuracy and can be rebuilt if that requirement has not been met.

It has come to our attention that the current version of GPS Analyst 2.00 is not compatible with the latest release of ArcGIS 9.2 which began shipping the first week of December 2006.  Trimble will be releasing an update for GPS Analyst shortly.  Users can still differentially correct field data, but the ability to Validate and Rebuild are not currently active when using the above combination of software.  Once again, this will be corrected shortly.
