 Slide Show

This slide show is a chronology of an RTK (Real Time Kinematic) project in Central Oregon in 1995.

The client wanted to determine how much water could be released from Heppner Dam into Willow Creek without flooding local farmland.  To discover this, we had to first complete a cross-section survey of 17 miles of Willow Creek, from the Dam to the town of Ione, Oregon.

The survey-grade equipment used on this project was top-of-the-line Trimble 4000SSE GPS receivers, dual-frequency GPS antennas, Pacific Crest Radios, TDC-1 Data Collector, and TRIMMAP software.

This slide show was presented at the Trimble Users Conference in October of 1996 under User Applications.
